Taste of Piedmont
Welcome to an exclusive full evening where we will be visited by Romina Tacchino from Luigi Tacchino in Piedmont/Monferrato.
Together with Romina, Nicklas and the kitchen have created a carefully composed menu where each dish is matched with wines from the producer. During the evening we get to know the farm, the family and the history behind the wines, while Romina guides us through the evening's wine package.

A tasty autumn evening
When autumn is at its most beautiful, we invite you to a classic goose dinner at Brasserie Barsebäck. For two evenings, one of Skåne's most beloved food traditions takes center stage, with classic flavors, carefully selected ingredients and an atmospheric evening by the sea.
The evening begins with foie gras terrine and is followed by a starter of your choice, before the classic goose dinner is served with roasted goose breast, red cabbage, apple compote, Brussels sprouts, goose sauce and fried potatoes. For dessert, classic apple cake with custard awaits.
